The Corporate Trainer is responsible for design, development, implementation, delivery and administration of the company training programs for colleagues at various levels throughout the organizations (OEI, DRW, ODM and IHI). Works with business leaders to understand specific learning and development needs, provides recommendations and develops training programs to address needs. Develops training programs for our front line guest services team that will enable them to provide our guest with a consistent level of impressive service which exceeds their expectations and enhances their entertainment experience. Responsible for full lifecycle of training and development programs from needs assessment through delivery and evaluation/management. Proactively identifies opportunities for learning to enhance business processes, optimize colleague performance and increase leadership capabilities across the organizations.

ILG has an opening for a full-time graphic designer of learning and performance solutions. This individual will provide overall creative direction and develop effective digital and print graphics.

Primary responsibilities may include:
§ Attending meetings with internal and external clients to better understand their needs
§ Participating in creative team meetings to identify design direction for projects
§ Preparing and presenting mock-ups to project teams
§ Preparing web-ready screen designs, graphics, and animations using Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint (to be used in a variety of applications and e-learning software)
§ Preparing files in acceptable format for programmers and working with programmers directly to achieve quality results
§ Effectively proofreading and quality-checking work
Candidates must have:
A degree in graphic design or similar field
The successful candidate is highly proficient in:
Microsoft Office applications

Preference will be given to candidates with:
Five or more years of professional experience working in graphic design or similar field
At least one year of experience working on e-learning courses
