Program Summary

In this program, participants will receive an overview of the 4 Disciplines workshop. The 4 Disciplines of Execution: Skills Workshop provides the principles, tools and business skills training necessary to execute flawlessly again and again. The 4 Disciplines exist for one reason: to execute on a plan in the midst of the whirlwind of distractions. Most people are so busy just maintaining the business—just keeping their heads above water—most of the time they can't even hear you, let alone execute on your most important priorities. The 4 Disciplines focuses your team's energy on a winnable game in the midst of distraction.

Learning Objectives

This organization-wide transformation teaches the behaviors necessary to execute the most Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).

ATD Detroit CONFIRMATION/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registrations are not considered definite or confirmed until payment has been submitted. Cancellations will be accepted until 5:00pm on Thursday, November 9th. Cancellations received prior to this time/date can be 1) refunded to the credit card less a $5 processing fee or 2) transferred to the next scheduled ATD Detroit meeting date.

Refunds after this date cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.
