Are you facing an unexpected crisis and are unable to meet in person for training? Is your requestor insisting that webinars are the only way they will let you deliver content to your audience? This webinar will bring you best practices to help address the situation and deliver your own virtual events with as much ease as possible.

Participants will also have the opportunity to share their successes related to delivering webinars in an effort to build a list for all to implement the next time they have to schedule a webinar.

About the Presenter:

Heidi has worked in the training industry for over 13 years. During that time she has been involved in facilitation, instructional design, and performance improvement initiatives. She currently leads the Provider Training team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, offering training opportunities to the provider community that supports members of the health care plan. With a passion for learning, she looks to connect others to the right people, tools, resources, and experiences to be successful. Heidi lives with her husband and 2 1/2 year old son in Saint Clair Shores.
