Session Description

  • Just thinking about measuring business impact often creates a heightened sense of anxiety among L&D professionals. Why?  A recent survey found that 96% of learning leaders want to measure impact, but only 10% are doing it. One of the top reasons is lack of confidence in knowing what and how to measure.

This session is designed to boost your confidence and provide you with a tool and a repeatable process that will help you get aligned with the business.  Through examples and practice, participants  will be introduced to the Measurement Map™ a toll that visually depicts the causal chain of evidence between training and business goals.

  • Join us to learn how the award-winning Measurement Map™ just might become the best tool in your measurement toolbox.

Learning Objectives

After this session, participants will be able to:

  •  Explain how a Measurement Map™ creates a “causal chain of evidence” between L&D investments and business outcomes
  • Discover how a Measurement Map™ defines “what to measure” to show impact
  • Create a simple Measurement Map™
