5:30 - 7:00 Organization, Talent, and Learning Strategy – Sharing Experiences 

Session Description

We hear there is an interest in the group to learn about the organization and talent strategy space and will share the journey I have taken to get here – looking for great dialogue and Q&A from the ATD Detroit participants.

This session will educate attendees on organization and talent strategy by sharing real examples. It will also provide them with a Goal Alignment Tool which is easily applicable to multiple scenarios.

Attendees will:

1)      Hear about my career journey to the organization and talent strategy space, what it is about and how it can work for you.

2)      Share talent strategy real world examples.

3)      Share a Goal Alignment Approach which can be applicable to all training, meeting agenda and performance and goal alignment work.

4) Experience working with the Goal Alignment tool with peers in the meeting.

Facilitators

Lisa Bell (www.linkedin.com/in/lisa-bell-talent) is an experienced HR leader with a strong business and customer focus. She’s led HR, HR transformation and Talent Management, Organization Design and Development at companies in a variety of industries, sizes and geographic footprints. She loves developing strategy and communication plans with teams with which help people feel connected and grow and help companies enhance success. She had the opportunity to contribute to Dr. Robert Brinkerhoff and Tim Mooney’s book Courageous Training – Bold Actions for Business Results.
