Behavior is a choice, and how we choose to behave determines our success and failure. Using the Behavioral Elements Program as a guide, participants will explore the underlying drivers of behavior which directly influences our motivation, decision making, communication, work styles, approaches to conflict, and more. These key leadership attributes set the tone for culture and organizational performance and this unique approach will help inspire success both personally and professionally.

Participants will:

  1. Discover the underlying drivers that influence our behavioral choices. They will also receive a complimentary Behavioral Elements Assessment as part of the experience (Standard $75).
  2. Enjoy behavioral science backed tools to promote healthy cultures in their organization, with real world tactics being implemented by organizations such as Ford Motor Company, Nikon, Keller Williams, Stellantis, and Johns Hopkins.
  3. Explore how to better manage their own behavioral reactions and to influence the reactions of others within their sphere of influence.
Each participant receives a complimentary Pro Behavioral Elements Assessment (retail is $75/assessment)! This assessment will add rich context for the discussion. Participants will receive an email from Jay Johnson about the assessment a few days prior to the event.

Jay Johnson is an internationally renowned speaker specializing in behavior and organizational development.
