We’re excited to invite you to the October Instructional Design Special Interest Group (SIG) session!

This month, we are joined by Erica Fissel, Ph.D., who brings a research-driven approach to evaluation methodology in learning. With expertise in quantitative research, cyberstalking, school safety, and behavioral change, Dr. Fissel applies evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and refine training strategies. Her approach emphasizes mixed-methods evaluation to ensure instructional design aligns with learner needs and organizational goals.
