This month's Topic: AI + ADDIE: Reimagining the Instructional Design Workflow
How can AI actually help instructional designers—not replace them?
AI is rapidly transforming how learning professionals design, develop, and deliver training. For many instructional designers, the real question isn't whether to use AI, it's where it fits within the design process.
In this interactive session, we'll explore how AI can enhance (not replace) the ADDIE framework across every phase: from accelerating needs analysis and streamlining content development to uncovering deeper insights from evaluation data. Attendees will see practical examples, work through guided prompts, and leave with strategies they can apply immediately to their next learning project.
Whether you're just starting to experiment with AI or looking to use it more strategically, expect a fast-paced, practical session built around real-world application.
