One of my goals for 2021 is to assemble an ID portfolio of work and begin applying for training or design jobs this year. I also want to continuous skill build, currently I am working through a Camtasia certification and creating new screencast and tutorial videos in the program.
For ATD Detroit my two goals are
1. Implement a new member onboarding program beginning in the 2nd quarter of the year. Working with Donna and the board we will make use of materials already developed by some other board members and adding new material and breaking it up into phases to help new members integrate quickly into the chapter.
2. Start a book club with an asynchronous discussion forum and live synchronous end of book discussion.
