ATD Detroit’s Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are vibrant, member-driven communities designed to help you dive deeper into the topics that matter most to you. Each SIG provides a space for collaboration with peers, the exchange of ideas, exploration of best practices, and the strengthening of professional skills in a focused area of talent development. Whether you’re new to the field or an experienced practitioner, SIGs are where learning meets connection.

What Are SIGs?

SIGs are smaller, topic-focused groups within ATD Detroit that bring together professionals with shared interests across the talent development landscape. Each group offers:

SIG meetings are typically held monthly or quarterly, both virtually and in-person, and are open to all ATD Detroit members at no additional cost.
