Program Summary:
In this 75-minute workshop, Susan will present the principles of fostering a positive learning environment in a classroom. Whether you are presenting technical training or soft skills; working with kids or adults, and in large groups or small, one thing principle will always hold true: people need to be INSPIRED to learn something new or to change a behavior. In this interactive workshop, Susan will share best practices to deliver highly engaging training seminars -- based on her 16 years experiece as a classroom facillitator and coach.

About the Speaker
Susan Dooley is a Corporate Trainer who specializes in communication, leadership, presentation skills, and sales training. Over the last 15 years, she has coached over 2000 men and women within the automotive, health care, construction and chemical industries. She is currently employed as a Business Consultant with Resources Global Professionals, where she is leading a Sales Technology Enablement project. Prior to RGP, Susan spent 14 years as a Senior Trainer & Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training of Michigan.
Susan is a cum laude graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Resource Development. She is a Board Member and Master Trainer for Reaching Higher, a youth Leadership and Empowerment Course, and is a supporter and past coach for Girls on the Run of Southeast Michigan. Susan and her family live in Howell, Michigan.

Registrations are not considered definite or confirmed until payment has been submitted. Cancellations will be accepted until 5:00pm on Thursday, April 9th. Cancellations received prior to this time/date can be 1) refunded to the credit card less a $5 processing fee or 2)transferred to the next scheduled Detroit ATD meeting date.
Refunds after this date cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.
